Bent-Ole Kristensen

Relocation in Jutland with care and a high level of experience.

Bent-Ole is based in Jutland at our office in Glyngøre, and has international business experience throughout the world in Greenland, Japan, the Middle East, Brazil, and in many European countries.

He studied at Sønderborg Technical School and then at Aalborg School of Engineering. He is an experienced mechanical engineer and teacher, and has instructor and management training by the Department of Defense in Denmark.

Bent-Ole Kristensen has many years of business and management experience from AP Møller-Maersk, Grundfos, the Department of Defense, the public sector, labor department and education sector. He has a combined 25 years of experience working with international colleagues, employees, partners, and students. He approaches his positions with a positive attitude, and places great value on providing the highest quality services.

Esben Porse

Esben Hans Lim Porse is an experienced Relocation agent, and Marketing Assistant and joined Relocare in August 2018.

Esben was born in Singapore and relocated to Denmark at a very young age. He has always had an interest learning about different cultures, hereby considering he was brought up in a multicultural family and loved travelling around the world.

Esben’s background includes a bachelor’s in International Sales and Marketing Management at Zealand Institute of Business and Technology and is currently studying his Master in Business administration and Leadership at Roskilde University.

Esben had a short internship period at W hydrocolloids, located in the Philippines, to learn the insights on how a midsized international company operated.
Additionally he was an intern at Scan-Shipping & Shipco Transport, which are Danish shipping companies, as part of his Marketing Management education.  He spent equal amounts of time at their Copenhagen office and their Singaporean office.

Esben will contribute and make use of the theoretical knowledge he has gained through his education, and finally be able to apply it at Relocare. He expects his knowledge on the youth and social media / digital marketing, can be of value to Relocare.

During the years Esben has grown in Relocare, and have since 2019 been a Relocation Consultant at Relocare and is assisting our clients with all relocation tasks

 

Mikkel Greisen

Mikkel brings extensive expertise in international tax and cross-border mobility to Relocare, specializing in complex tax advisory services for globally mobile employees. Holding a diploma in tax, and with many years of experience working at Skattestyrelsen, he possesses a unique insight into how tax systems function from both the tax authority’s and taxpayer’s perspectives. This background, combined with a deep understanding of Danish tax regulations, including the Special Tax Scheme and social security coordination, enables Mikkel to ensure that international employees and their employers navigate tax compliance smoothly and efficiently. His core focus lies in tax registrations, managing interactions with tax authorities, and providing strategic advice to optimize tax positions for assignees relocating to Denmark. Mikkel’s in-depth knowledge and practical experience help minimize tax risks and maximize compliance in challenging cross-border situations.

At Relocare, Mikkel combines his tax expertise with a thorough understanding of global mobility, supporting clients in managing the tax implications of international assignments. His proactive guidance and attention to detail offer clients confidence and clarity throughout the relocation process.

 

Gabriela R. Cestafe

Gabriela is originally from Mexico. She studied her Master’s Degree in International Business at the Copenhagen Business School. Gabriela has experience from both the private and public sector in Mexico and in Denmark.

She has worked with customer relationship, B2B sales and market research. In addition, she has organized cultural training workshops for the multinational teams she has worked in. Gabriela has also experience within the energy sector, with focus on renewable energies, where she gained valuable business and cultural insights about the diverse layers within public and private Mexican institutions.

Gabriela has a strong inner drive, she is passionate about digging, facilitating and conveying market business information to people in order to help them achieve their goals.

Gabriela is engaged in social entrepreneurial networks that foster sustainability and social innovation in Mexico and Denmark. As a result, she has developed an extensive network across Latin America and Europe.

As part of the Latin American Network, within the Confederation of Danish Industry, she has a solid knowledge of current opportunities and challenges across the region.

At Relocare Gabriela works as a consultant providing the necessary tools that organizations, institutions and teams need in order to improve their relationships with Latin America. Additionally, she will also advise companies in order to achieve successful and profitable business opportunities in the Latin American market.

 

Jeanne Jørgensen

Jeanne Joergensen is a lawyer with many years of experience in corporate and personal taxation with international tax matters, tax and appeal processes, as well as labor law and payroll administration. At the same time, Jeanne has an international profile with a broad educational background and valuable professional experience, which gives her unique competencies within her work with global mobility and tax matters.

Jeanne moved to Denmark almost 30 years ago, and here she took a Master of Laws from the University of Southern Denmark. She has also recently completed a training course in payroll administration. Previously, Jeanne studied logistics economics at a business school in Belarus, which led to work as an office manager at the Baltic Railway Terminal in Riga, Latvia. After this, she studied history and social studies at the University of Belarus and has experience teaching these subjects at a primary school in Riga.

After completing her law studies in Denmark, Jeanne has worked as a tax advisor and lawyer for both private companies and public authorities. At the consulting firm PWC, Jeanne worked with international taxation, and later at a law firm with the establishment of foreign individuals and companies in Denmark. At the public authorities, Jeanne worked with tax administration, processing binding responses, appealing against SKAT decisions, as well as controlling international transactions and combating money laundering.

Jeanne finds it motivating to share her knowledge. She is co-author of the book “Taxation during relocation”, was a writer in the journal “Ledelse i udvikling” and taught logistics, organization, employment law and cultural training at the Business Academy Zealand, as well as tax law at CBS and the University of Copenhagen (KU). 

Jeanne finds satisfaction in using her education and experience to navigate companies and individuals through Danish laws and international tax regulations. This requires understanding cultural differences as well as handling practical tasks. 

In her free time, Jeanne enjoys being at the helm of a sailboat and has crossed the Atlantic, sailed the Pacific and is a regatta sailor in Denmark.

 

Jia Li

Jia Li is an Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, specializing in Chinese business culture, working culture and living culture

Jia was born and raised in China and have had 7 years working experience in The China Construction Bank and 11 years working experience as Senior Cost Controller at Nordic Nestle. With more than 18 years of Global experience in the Bank and FMCG industry, she has gained hands-on intercultural experience from daily work with her customers and colleagues. Since 2018 Jia has worked with Relocare and have delivered training and consulting to Danish and international companies like Novo Nordisk, GN-Store Nord, NNIT etc.

During the training, she has combined the use of Hofstede model and intercultural ABC Model to give the clients the insights of national cultural difference and increase awareness of their own cultural perspective and bias.

Through case studies and the questions during the training session, Jia will lead them to recognize and avoid intercultural pitfalls, which support they enable using effective communication and active listening to overcome cultural barriers.

 

Lene Stolle

Lene Stolle is a senior relocation agent and global mobility coordinator and has been in the relocation industry for +20 years

She started out her career in Paris, France where she worked for one of the leading relocation and mobility companies for 13 years, followed by 8 years with an international move and relocation company in Copenhagen, Denmark.

She has been living in France and London for 25 years with her family before she moved back to Denmark in 2013.

Lene holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Cultural affairs from SIU in Paris and a Bachelor’s degree from the London campus. She strives to ensure a high level of client satisfaction while looking for ways to improve processes for a maximum of efficiency, based on her previous knowledge from the industry.

 

Christoffer Folmer Christensen

Christoffer is a student at the Science Collage and works as a Junior Supporter at the same time. In his role as a supporter, he gains experience in technical support, problem solving and customer contact in a professional context. He is analytically strong, service-minded and used to working in a structured way – both in teams and independently. Christoffer has a great interest in technology and IT and is motivated to further develop his skills in support and system understanding.

 

 

Frederik Folmer Christensen

Frederik is currently a student at the Business Collage and working as a Junior Tax Trainee at the same time. Here he gains practical experience in tax matters, administration and customer service. With a keen interest in business economics and law, Frederik combines his theoretical knowledge from his studies with concrete work tasks in a professional context. He is committed, eager to learn and motivated to further develop his skills in the field of business economics and tax law.

Natasja Luffe

Natasja joined Relocare in 2025 and, in addition to her roles as PA and Relocation Agent, she is also co-responsible for the mentor programs Greater Copenhagen Career Program and Cross Border Talent to Denmark.

Natasja holds a master’s degree in Danish and Communication from the University of Copenhagen and spent a semester abroad in San Diego, California, during her studies. There, she strengthened her communicaton skills within marketing and language studies, while also gaining valuable cultural insight. This has created a strong foundation for helping people safely and comfortably into their new life in Denmark – whether as students in a mentor program or as expats.

She began her career at a marketing agency and later chose to pursue a career in the real estate industry. Her most recent position before joining Relocare was as Account Manager at a private rental housing company, where she managed a portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. She was driven by her desire to help people create a safe and comfortable home base, as well as the opportunity to meet residents on-site and deliver great customer experiences.

Natasja’s personal approach to meeting new people creates a calm and reassuring process, and she loves sharing everything Denmark, and especially Copenhagen, has to offer.

 

Cathrine Hamilton

Catherine Hamilton (Cat) is a Relocation Agent having started at Relocare in early 2024. She has an international background, with a Bachelor’s degree in Russian and French from Trinity College Dublin in her home country of Ireland and a Masters degree in International Relations and development specialising in Global Refugee Studies from Aalborg University in her new home of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Cat has lived and worked in Dublin, Vancouver, Moscow, and London before relocating to Denmark in 2020. She has a great interest in other cultures and languages. She is passionate about people; she is always aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction and to make the transition of moving to Denmark the best possible experience for expats.

Hans Birkholm

Hans Birkholm is a highly experienced tax lawyer specializing in tax law and international social security. He is a former partner at PwC and brings more than 25 years of expertise in global mobility, international taxation, and compliance.

Throughout his career, Hans has advised companies and individuals on complex cross-border tax matters, helping ensure regulatory compliance and effective international workforce management. He is known for his practical approach, deep technical knowledge, and commitment to delivering clear and reliable guidance.

Carl-Fredrik Sundström

Carl-Fredrik Sundström is Relocare Group CMO responsible for Denmark, Sweden and Europe.

Carl has a broad Management Experience from 25 years in various management roles in Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland. These being w.i  Staffing and Recruitment, Sales and Marketing, IT-Software, the Textile Industry and of cause the Global Mobility Industry, just to mention a few.

The last 15 years he has spent his time within pretty much all angles of Global Mobility. He has travelled the world to inform, advise, shape, implement and manage various Global Mobility programs together with clients spanning over all sizes and sectors.

Carl started his global mobility career as a Relocation Consultant for a Destination Service Provider back in 2010. Since then he has gained an extensive first hand experience from not only suporting assignees and familymembers from all over the world with all aspect of the relocation process, but also from managing major programs, and from working abroad himself.

Carl-Fredrik has a great love for people and culture, and cares deeply about the true craftsmanship that goes into this line of work, something that can be backed up by hundreds of assignees, clients and business partners over these years.

As a person, Carl-Fredrik is curious and always eager to learn new things about pretty much everything, to find new solutions and to challenge traditional methods. He has a great love for the outdoors and a good coffee-conversations about the small things that make the big impact on your life, your well-being or your professional career.

 

Tianyang Liu

Tianyang works as a relocation agent in Relocare Sweden AB, based in Stockholm. At the same time, she will contribute with marketing for Relocare Group. She has a passion for both people and data.

She has many years of experience working as a project manager in the 3D Computer Generated Imagery and the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions sector in many different countries.

Due to her past job posts, she has been relocated from China to Singapore, South Africa, UK and Sweden. As an expat in many countries, she has first-hand experience to know expats’ difficulties, needs, concerns in many ways, and knows how to tackle their challenges before they become problems.

She enjoys working with people in a multicultural environment.

Her educational background is broad. She is an authorized tourist guide both in South Africa and Sweden. She holds an advanced vocational degree in Destination Management as well as Marketing Automation. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her dog, she loves hiking on buildings’ rooftops from her past as a rooftop tour guide in Stockholm.

Tianyang Liu

Her educational background is broad. She is an authorized tourist guide both in South Africa and Sweden. She holds an advanced vocational degree in Destination Management as well as Marketing Automation. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting.

In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her dog, she loves hiking on buildings’ rooftops from her past as a rooftop tour guide in Stockholm.

 

Per Mortensen

Per Mortensen is Relocare’s handyman, and for him no task is too big or too small. He is a licensed sewer contractor and electrician, has five years of experience as a carpenter, and has worked as an operations manager in the agricultural sector. With this broad professional background, he can handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. He assists our clients with everything from move-in and move-out reports to preparing apartments for new tenants, assembling furniture, installing lighting, curtains and blinds – always with a focus on quality and a high level of professionalism.

Imran Javed

Imran Javed holds a Master’s degree in IT Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University. He brings extensive experience as a Senior Developer, Product Manager, and Team Lead, with a strong background in building and leading scalable technology solutions.

Imran joined Relocare as a Senior Developer and Tech Lead, where he plays a key role in the design and implementation of the Social Security App, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

Wasim Afzal

Waseem is a highly accomplished ASP.NET Core Backend Developer and Solution Architect with extensive experience in building secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise solutions. He has been a key contributor to the Relocare Project, where he architected and developed mission-critical backend services and web APIs that power core business workflows.

He also designed and developed the Relocare Compliance Mobile App using the .NET MAUI technology stack—a hybrid application built for both iOS and Android platforms. With deep expertise in C#, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server, Waseem consistently delivers robust, secure, and production-ready solutions. He is known for his strong focus on performance optimization, security best practices, and maintainable architectures, and for collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, end-to-end systems.

Muhammad Shahab

Shahab Malik holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan. He brings extensive experience as a ReactJS Developer, with a strong background in building and maintaining high-quality, responsive user interfaces and scalable technology solutions.

Shahab joined the Relocare project, where he played a key role in developing the Compliance App, a multi-domain system designed to streamline A1 application procedures across the European Union. He was instrumental in implementing the platform’s multi-tenant architecture, role-based access controls, and a custom Google Chrome extension to automate manual document workflows.
