Bent-Ole Kristensen

Relocation in Jutland with care and a high level of experience.

Bent -Ole is based in Jutland at our office in Glyngøre, and has international business experience throughout the world in Greenland, Japan, the Middle East, Brazil, and in many European countries.

He studied at Sønderborg Technical School and then at Aalborg School of Engineering. He is an experienced mechanical engineer and teacher, and has instructor and management training by the Department of Defense in Denmark.

Bent-Ole Kristensen has many years of business and management experience from AP Møller-Maersk, Grundfos, the Department of Defense, the public sector, labor department and education sector. He has a combined 25 years of experience working with international colleagues, employees, partners, and students. He approaches his positions with a positive attitude, and places great value on providing the highest quality services.

Bent-Ole Kristensen is a Senior Relocation Consultant at Relocare and is assisting our clients with all relocation tasks including Danish cultural training.

Esben Porse

Esben Hans Lim Porse is a marketing assistant and joined Relocare in August 2018.

Esben was born in Singapore and relocated to Denmark at a very young age. He has always had an interest learning about different cultures, hereby considering he was brought up in a multicultural family and loved travelling around the world.

Esben’s background includes a bachelor’s in International Sales and Marketing Management at Zealand Institute of Business and Technology and is currently studying his Master in Business administration and Leadership at Roskilde University.

Esben had a short internship period at W hydrocolloids, located in the Philippines, to learn the insights on how a midsized international company operated.
Additionally he was an intern at Scan-Shipping & Shipco Transport, which are Danish shipping companies, as part of his Marketing Management education.  He spent equal amounts of time at their Copenhagen office and their Singaporean office.

Esben will contribute and make use of the theoretical knowledge he has gained through his education, and finally be able to apply it at Relocare. He expects his knowledge on the youth and social media / digital marketing, can be of value to Relocare.

He will also be tasked with assisting Relocare’s Director of Business Development, Malene Stausholm-Perkins with customer and client engagement as well as events.

 

Frederik Juel Andersen

Frederik Juel Andersen joined Relocare in January in 2015 as one of our cultural relocation consultants on Middle Eastern and Muslim affairs.

He finished his Master’s Degree in Middle East Studies from the University of Southern Denmark in 2014, where he wrote his dissertation on Turkish Foreign Policy.

He completed his Bachelor Degree in Near Eastern Archaeology from the University of Copenhagen with a special focus on the Islamic period.

Due to previously work in Jordan, Syria and Iraq, which included a relocation of his family, he posses professional knowledge of what relocation entails. Furthermore as part of the Danish Islamic Centre in Copenhagen he has an in-depth knowledge of Muslim society in Denmark.


Frederik Juel Andersen

At Relocare Frederik will besides working as a consultant, also conduct lectures on regional, and specific countries in the Middle East and the Muslim world. He will provide a product by which cooperations and public institutions are able to improve their relations and working possibilities across the Middle East. Furthermore he will assist various companies in establishing a good and profitable relationship with their Muslims employees.

 

 

 

Gabriela R. Cestafe

Gabriela is originally from Mexico. She studied her Master’s Degree in International Business at the Copenhagen Business School. Gabriela has experience from both the private and public sector in Mexico and in Denmark.

She has worked with customer relationship, B2B sales and market research. In addition, she has organized cultural training workshops for the multinational teams she has worked in. Gabriela has also experience within the energy sector, with focus on renewable energies, where she gained valuable business and cultural insights about the diverse layers within public and private Mexican institutions.

Gabriela has a strong inner drive, she is passionate about digging, facilitating and conveying market business information to people in order to help them achieve their goals.

Gabriela is engaged in social entrepreneurial networks that foster sustainability and social innovation in Mexico and Denmark. As a result, she has developed an extensive network across Latin America and Europe.

As part of the Latin American Network, within the Confederation of Danish Industry, she has a solid knowledge of current opportunities and challenges across the region.

At Relocare Gabriela works as a consultant providing the necessary tools that organizations, institutions and teams need in order to improve their relationships with Latin America. Additionally, she will also advise companies in order to achieve successful and profitable business opportunities in the Latin American market.

 

 

 

Jia Li

Jia Li is an Intercultural Consultant and Trainer, specializing in Chinese business culture, working culture and living culture

Jia was born and raised in China and had 7 years worked in China Construction Bank and 11 years worked in Nordic Nestle. With more than 18 years of Global experience in the Bank and FMCG industry, she has gained hands-on intercultural experience from daily working with my customers and colleagues. Since 2018 Jia has worked with Relocare and have delivered training and consulting to Danish and international companies like Novo Nordisk, NNIT etc.

During the training, she has combined the use of Hofstede model and intercultural ABC Model to give the clients the insights of national cultural difference and increase awareness of their own cultural perspective and bias.

Through case studies and the questions during the training session, Jia will lead them to recognize and avoid intercultural pitfalls, which support they enable using effective communication and active listening to overcome cultural barriers.

Kirstina Maria Rudnicki

Kirstina Maria Rudnicki academic background includes a master (MBA) in international strategy & marketing. She has more than 10 years international experience within the IT-sector, primarily from companies such as IBM and Siemens.

She has worked with big complex it-projects within sales, marketing and management consulting, primarily focused on SAP and CRM-systems. Kirstina will use her professional and international it-background to secure the quality of it-projects at Relocare.

Kirstina has lived and worked overseas in more than 15 years in countries such as Croatia, Singapore, Germany, USA, Czech Republic and South Africa. To work at international companies and to experience the expat life has given her the professional knowledge about the business aspect as well as a deep cultural understanding, especially for cultures in America, central Europe and Africa. This gives her the best background for consulting and helping Relocare’s clients regarding global relocation.

Kirstina joined Relocare in 2017, where she originally worked as a global relocation consultant. She currently works as a project coordinator for the Social Security App Relocare is developing.

 

Kjeld Wiinblad

Kjeld has a craftsman education, within electricity and electronics. He is further educated with a long-lasting business economics and management education. He has worked with management at a high level, for more than 36 years, as well as being self-employed for approximately 14 years.

He is currently working as a consultant within management and corporate assistance, as well as mentoring emerging managers and relocated expats.

He also runs a small company, Wiinblad foto + Co, which is involved in advertising, sports, events and portrait photography. Kjeld Wiinblad is very outgoing, helpful, works purposefully and efficiently. He values honesty as it is very important in work tasks that are undertaken.

Kirstina joined Relocare in 2017, where she originally worked as a global relocation consultant. She currently works as a project coordinator for the Social Security App Relocare is developing.

 

Lars Høj Kallesøe

Lars Høj Kallesøe is a Tax Lawyer and joined Relocare at end of August 2020.

An expert in the field with more than 20 years of experience within international taxation, social security and compliance.

Lars has as well worked for a number of years as a global mobility consultant.

This makes Lars able to access the whole assignment from point a to z, thus figuring out the best solution for the expat as well as the company.

 

Malene Stausholm-Perkins

Malene Stausholm-Perkins is Director of Business Development and joined Relocare in January 2016.

Malene is a real polyglot, speaking five European languages. She lived in France for a total of nearly 20 years where, using her textile and sales background, she successfully founded and ran her own clothing brand. She developed the brand, selling her creations to leading department, bridal and child wear stores across the EU and the US.

Since successfully selling her company, she has split her time between Denmark and Paris, working for leading retailers and advising the Montessori Foundation charity in Paris. In parallel, she completed a Degree in International Business and Marketing.

Malene is passionate about all aspects of business – organization, operations and talent. Her focus is on how Relocare can improve the Danish companies’ ability to attract and retain the best international employees – and, ultimately, improve the bottom line for its clients.

 

Michael Schade Pedersen

Michael has an IT-engineering degree from Copenhagen University College of Engineering (IHK), from 2005-2009 as well as a semester at Tongji university in Shanghai. Michael has worked as a senior developer, product manager and team leader. During his working time he has been involved in many project, technologies and product development such as: Integration between different financial systems, data analysis via Microsoft PowerBI, digitilization via Microsoft Automation, Data retrieval and data modulation, web portals and API development and Mobile development.

Michael joined Relocare in March 2021 as a senior developer and tech lead, and will be involved in implementing Social Security App.

Michael is a family dad to three lovely boys. He enjoys running, cycling and occasionally does hard runs once in a while, but always tends to find out that he should have trained more.

Nina Malherbe Himmer

Nina is working as a Relocating Agent and has joined Relocare in February 2021. Nina has a BSc from CBS in Copenhagen and comes from an Event and Marketing background. She has worked in London for several years organizing Oil and Gas exhibitions in Russia and Kazakhstan. Since 2000 she has lived as an expat due to her husband’s work, mainly in Russia for 4 postings, but also in Germany, Croatia, Latvia and Ireland, and has organized numerous moves with a family of five.

While traveling Nina assisted her family business, Quickwood, with management, keeping patents and trademarks updated and sales at exhibitions worldwide.

Nina is an open, positive person and loves to help others.

Her international experience and first-hand knowledge of expat life gives her a good cultural understanding and background to help Relocare’s clients.
