Getting a bank account when relocating to Denmark

The bank advisor works for the bank – we work for you!

One of the first things to do in Denmark as a relocating expat, is to get a bank account in a bank of your choice.

We’ll help you to find a suitable bank and the right advisor in Denmark, also if you are purchasing a home.

Do you need help on how to transfer money from your home account to the new one? We are there.

We will explain you the banking system in Denmark, and make sure you know about transfers and fees with regards to your own currency.

What might sound simple, doesn’t have to be easy.

Therefore, we will guide when you need it, also so you know how to pay your bills with the different possibilities that exist in Denmark when moving to Denmark as an expat.

Most banks offer internet based solutions, making it easy for you to execute payments and follow your transactions.

Moving and relocating to Denmark and finding a bank account doesn’t need to be a hassle. We help several expats a year with the entire process.

In Denmark, banks and ATMs are to be found at almost every street corner, but you can get a long way without cash.

With a VISA- or Mastercard you’re well off in practically every store. We will also help you in attaining the Danish… equivalent; the ‘Dankort’. The Dankort can be used in almost all stores, and it is in most cases cheaper to use than the international cards.

Relocare will help expats to get a bank account.

We Care.
