Global Mobility Policies

A properly thought out global mobility policy supports the company and its employees to set limits and balance the expectations when working for a shorter or longer period abroad.

Global mobility policies supports the HR department to guide employees who are being assigned abroad, sent on short term assignments, locally employed in foreign subsidiaries, whom are commuting cross boarders etc. Global Mobility Policies are an important Tool to ensure that the company has decided for a remuneration model, considered their compliance obligations and balanced the expectation with the employee about the terms and conditions that apply for working abroad.

In cooperation with Relocare Taxation International ApS and international partners within Global Mobility, we can support you with the following assistance regarding global mobility policies and processes: 

  • Dialogue on – and developing visions for the company’s global mobility based on benchmarking and best practice. Desires and goals from HR, management and potential employees can be included through interviews, workshops, etc.

  • Review of existing documents and processes.

  • Provide recommendations based on interviews, workshops and review.

  • Prepare draft of a revised / new global mobility policy for the company.
