Relocare’s Recruit and Attract services, combined with our Go-look-see hospitality service will help you to show your future employee and the family, why they should choose your company and Denmark. We will inform them according to interest on everything outside the job. All what a new country and a new life can offer to them – both professionally and personally.

The package will, therefore, be designed to the specific expat and family, to show them the sides of Denmark or another country, which are important and motivating for them.

Personal Welcome

When the expat arrives, we will be sure to give a warm welcome and accompany him or her.

Introduction
We give a two hour version of our cultural introduction course with solid and useful information on how the new life in Denmark could be organised – for example what the cost of living is. Are there children in the family, we will bring something nice for them, too.

Taxation and net salary calculation
We calculate the net salary the employee will have, and will together with your future employee go through their individual cost of living options in Denmark. We can also do the calculation reversed, and present you with the gross salary you will have to pay past the employees taxation in order to evaluate if you can hire the specialist you want.

Guided Tour
We will take the expat on a guided tour, lasting a few hours, where we show both practical stuff as well as the attractions together with the best spots in the future local area.

Temporary Accommodation
We arrange for good and proper, temporary accommodation for your future expats, while they are in the country.

Dinner
We will spend a pleasant evening with a good dinner, where we tell more about the culture in a relaxed and informal setting.

Welcome Package
As a part of welcoming the expat, we will give a small, practical welcome package. For one thing it will contain a map of suitable places for a future home in the local area.
