Every international assignment is unique. No two assignments are alike.
No two assignments are alike. Sending an employee to Sweden for three months requires a different solution than establishing a long-term presence in the United States. Employing someone in Norway differs significantly from relocating a specialist to Singapore or Australia.
Before an assignment begins, companies often need to consider employment law, immigration, taxation, payroll, social security, permanent establishment (PE), corporate registrations and local compliance.
The right decisions should be made before the employee starts working – not afterwards.
At Relocare, we help companies design the right international employment structure and coordinate the practical implementation across multiple jurisdictions.
Through Relocare Taxation International ApS in Denmark, Relocare Sweden AB, our Nordic expertise and our carefully selected international partners, we coordinate the specialists required for each assignment.
Rather than simply introducing local providers, we remain actively involved throughout the process – coordinating the work, challenging assumptions where necessary and ensuring that advice across immigration, tax, employment law and relocation fits together.
Our role is to give companies one experienced point of contact throughout the assignment.
Every organisation has different internal resources, experience and requirements.
Some companies have experienced Global Mobility teams and only require assistance within selected compliance areas. Others prefer a complete end-to-end solution.
Relocare’s Building Block concept allows companies to combine exactly the services they require – from strategic advice and compliance assessments to immigration, taxation, payroll, relocation and ongoing employee support.
This means that you can use Relocare where you need us – without paying for services or layers of coordination that your organisation already manages internally.
One assignment. The right specialists. The right level of support.
International compliance is rarely a standard product.
Every country has different legislation, procedures and documentation requirements, and the level of complexity varies significantly from one assignment to another.
For this reason, Relocare charges a transparent Global Mobility Management fee for coordinating international partners and managing the overall assignment.
We do not receive referral fees, commissions or hidden rebates from local suppliers.
This allows us to recommend the partner best suited to your assignment – not the one paying the highest commission.
Strategic advice, compliance assessments and project-specific consulting are invoiced according to the actual time spent. This allows us to tailor each solution to the assignment and its actual complexity.
Our role is not simply to coordinate suppliers. Our role is to ensure that all compliance disciplines work together.
International assignments are rarely delayed because of relocation. They are delayed because compliance decisions are made too late, or based on incomplete information.
Relocare brings the different disciplines together from the beginning, helping companies create the right structure before the employee starts working.
Our objective is simple:
Relocare works with carefully selected, owner-managed specialist firms across our international partner network.
Our partners are selected based on extensive experience, comprehensive professional insurance and proven track records, ensuring consistent professional standards across borders.
We do not receive or pay referral fees, commissions or other financial incentives to our international partners.
This ensures that our advice and choice of partners are based on the needs of the company and the international employee.
Our Global Mobility specialists are ready to help you find the right solution internationally.
