How does AI influence the mentoring role ?

AI is rapidly gaining footage in our everyday lives. ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms are increasingly used for seeking personal advice. 
As an example, before going to the doctor, a patient may opt to use an AI platform to self diagnose. That may change the doctor / patient relationship.

In this meeting, we welcome a panel of experts within the field of AI :

– Anders Uhl Pedersen, Senior Cloud Solution Architect Microsoft
– Boris Borisov, Ai consultant, HOFOR
– Zhuowa Wang, master student, University of Copenhagen

The panel will together with the delegates seek to cover : 

– What AI platforms are widely used by the public today ?
– How do these AI platforms influence personal relations, and mentor/mentee relations in particular ? 
– What are some of the challenges and some of the possibilities with AI platforms in mentor/mentee programs and networks ?
– What specific advice or concrete tools can we develop to increase the value of mentor/mentee programs involving AI ?

The objectives of this meeting are two-fold :

– Develop a list of concrete advice and tools to increase the value of mentor/mentee programs – to be shared after the meeting
– Meet your fellow mentors for a unique chance to build new relations and share experience
