Relocare also evaluates your candidates during interviews regarding their cultural agility by means of our Intercultural Profile Assessment with feedback to the candidates. With this information we thoroughly analyze the candidates ability to enter your team. Combined with the interview, the questions, the salary, the values etc. this provides you with an in-depth understanding of your candidates.

You will receive a report, and together with you we go through the results and explain them carefully. This will give you the best foundation for making a well documented and wise decision about the candidate and whether to offer a position – or not.
